Salsa Latino Stage Band

Since 1986 this 3 to 6 piece Brisbane Australia based group performs music from Caribbean islands of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, South American Colombia, & Brazil.

Salsa or Cuban “Son” with the percussive syncopated rhythmic “tumbou” of the conga, Spanish words, & the fire of the trumpets, Combined with popular dance rhythms, Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Merengue, & cool romantic bosa nova, bolero makes the balanced repertoire of Latino Salsa band.

By the use of keyboard technology even as a Duo or Trio, the core group can produce a full sound with harmony vocals & Trumpet/Trombone. But the 7 piece live band is preferred with the full Conga & Timbale percussion, & Colombian dancers.

Familiar Buena Vista songs, some golden oldies, & Latin standards will satisfy even the connoisseur.
